We check to make sure your property has good ventilation in the loft. We will check all your windows, doors and vents to make sure your property doesn’t suffer from mould and damp. We will inspect all sockets, lights and switches to make sure they are in good working condition. We will also include an inspection of your bathroom, toilets and all the sinks in your property.

Is a winter check and a clean so your property is ready for any harsh weather during winter. We will go around your whole property with fine tooth comb to highlight any problems that need fixing which could save from huge costs in the long run.

Is a winter check and a spring clean so your property is not only ready for the winter months but also for the summer. We will get your garden ready for you to enjoy your outdoor space in the sunshine. We will clean your gutters and soffits, downpipes, windows, doors and concrete pathways and driveway just to get rid of the winter grime. We will give you the chance to repaint any part of your outdoor space to give a fresh look. You can create your own program of works to suit your budget and needs.
